The impeccable service and attention to detail exceeded my high expectations, especially when the hosts graciously stored our luggage during a three-day trek through Lençóis Maranhenses. The exquisite design of the rooms provided the perfect blend of comfort and simplicity, ensuring a delightful stay. The open-air dining area by the river offered a picturesque setting for breakfast, complemented by the serene views of Rio Preguiças at sundown. The seamless transition from our outdoor adventure to the indoor and outdoor facilities upon our return demonstrated a level of hospitality that truly sets Pousada Sitio Preguicas apart. I wholeheartedly recommend this hidden gem and eagerly anticipate my next visit if my travels lead me back to Barreirinhas.
